9 Iq is the powerful energy of the breath of life, the vibrating whisper from source that flows through all of creation. It is the energy of divine communication and signs, of the divine spiritual and spoken word. It brings in the energy of the divine feminine, of female wisdom and leadership. It is the energy of the wind that brings the change we need in our lives to restart and welcome in our path.

Today is also the first day of the beginning of this new Mayan year. The Mayan new year, also known as the Wayeb, is a period of 5 days where no energy rules over the days, from February 14 — 19; on the first day of the new year, whichever Nahuale falls on that day ends up being the sign that will shape and protect the entire year. Today is a powerful day of a new beginning and a new leaf, and 9 Iq will be the sign that guides us and carries us this coming year.
