Imox

Imox is the Mayan sign that represents the divine waters of this Earth. It is a day we give gratitude and offerings to bodies of water, and a day when we are encouraged to sit and reflect on what water provides for us, what she gives us every day and the deep healing that she invokes within us.

Imox is the physical bodies of water, the great oceans, rivers and lakes; but it is also the collective stream from where we all come from, the collective flow that allows us to tap into deep ancestral and intuitive wisdom together. This is also the sign of the dream world, the dimensions that we travel to at night. Imox is an invitation to manifest our dreams into the physical plane.

This is a good day to sit with a form of natural water and listen to what she has to say. It is a day to be patient, make time and learn from the Earth.

Imox reminds us to:

~ always have the presence of water on our altars, in a glass or bowl

~ give offerings to water for all she provides for us

~ always drink water with intention, love and prayer. more than whatever minerals are in it or good quality it is, that above all else will make your water be the most powerful land healing it can be.
